Costume maker to increase armor storage space
Add a new function to the costume maker to open more storage space for characters. When an elite armor is dedicated in the HoM have a copy of the armor placed or unlock the armor at the costume maker.
There would be no need to keep the 4 elite armor pieces in storage when you want to change your outfit, just use the costume maker to grab a replica of the elite armor in a costume form (it can be dyed).
Implement on a per-character basis.

They aren't costumes.
They are armor specifically designed to fit your character.
The costume maker can make costumes because they are one-size-fits-all. He doesn't have the skill to make battle armor.

Wait, so let me get this straight: The costume maker would create a replica of your armor in "costume form"? A lot of players have separate armor suits for different circumstances. Also, heavy equipment packs and storage panes were added, so I don't see the purpose of this. Lastly, armor comes in five pieces while a costume comes in two; the amount of time it would take to implement this would best be used elsewhere.

Players will always want more storage space and of course they can buy it and more characters and get the biggest equipment packs.
So it probably isn't needed.
However once someone has had the elite armour crafted I can see the advantage of handing it in to the costume maker who gives you a costume that looks like said elite armour.
It isn't armour and you would be wearing a normal armour set beneath it with requisite insignia and runes.
Its not really a bad idea.
Oh and as for the difficulty of crafting battle armour its obviously all done with spells because crafting a suite of armour to fit someone in a few seconds has to be a spell.
If it was actually crafted it would be a case of come back for your first fitting in 3 weeks sir and probably a couple of months for it to be finished.
I really cannot see anything bad about the idea.

Naw. I like both my costumes and armors.
Having the armors using the costume slot would be pointless.

Hmm... I have to say some form of "wardrobe" function would be really useful :/ Even with max storage panes it's awkward to stash my 3 sets of Necro armour. Once you've put all the work into getting a set of elite, you don't readily want to cast it aside. I know she'll have a 4th set to contend with once I get my Obby as well >.< The other day I was thinking about how bored I was with my elite Luxon and wanted to get and use the new Vabbian I'd been saving for. I had no qualms about salvaging all the runes and insignias off my Luxon but then I thought "What exactly am I going to do with it now? What about when I want to wear it again?" When I have 4 sets, even a Heavy equipment pack won't help much :/
I don't like the idea much of the armour using the costume slot but how about an armour storage NPC seperate from the Xunlai agents?

I do believe we got enough storage space now . I mean , to be realistic , i'm pretty sure that if we had for example 20 more slots , people would just use them to keep and not sell some fun/rare weps ( that's what i would do) and then , it would be same , hard to get storage space. It could eventually be done for miniatures ( in a similar way of material storage ) but i hardly believe it would for armors.
